Services and Rates

Pet Nanny recognizes that each and every pet is different with an assortment of needs. Please email me so we can customize your own pet care plan at no cost. You will receive an estimate of all charges before your registration meeting.

Mid Day Break | $16.50 per 30 minutes
One of our caregivers will come to your home between the hours of 11am & 2:30pm to walk your dog, play ball in the yard or give them some well deserved love and attention. It’s your choice! Walks are 20-25 minutes in duration.

Daily Mid Day Walks | $15 per 30 minutes
You receive a discount if you book Monday through Friday for the month. You don’t feel well and you’re not going to work? That’s okay. Each regular client gets 3 cancellations per month without penalty. Those walks get automatically credited onto the next month’s invoice. Can’t beat that!

Vacation Visits | $16.50 per 30 minutes
One of our caregivers will come to your home up to 3 times per day to take care of your precious pets. We will also bring in your mail, take out the trash and water 5 indoor plants at no extra charge. AM visits take place between the hours of 7am & 9am, MID DAYS between 11 & 2:30pm, and PM visits between 6:30 & 8pm. No longer than 12 hours ever goes in between visits. For example, if your pooch was visited at 8pm, the sitter would arrive to your home no later than 8am the next morning.

Cat Visits | $15 per 20 minutes
One of our sitter’s will come to feed and love your kitty. We’ll also bring in the mail, take out the trash and water up to 5 indoor plants at no extra charge.

Hourly Visits | $27 per hour
Does your pet need some extra love and attention? One of our caregivers will spend an hour with your loved ones making sure that they get all of the affection they need.

Dinner Visits | $20 per 30 minutes
Do you have a dinner meeting or a parent-teacher conference? We’ll be there! One of our caregivers will come out during our non-rotation hours to feed and walk your dog.

TLC Time | $22.50 per hour, 2 hour minimum
A Pet Nanny sitter will spend as much time in your home with your animals as you find sufficient. Some animals need the extra love to remain comfortable and calm.

Sleepover Party | $70 per 24 hours, $5 extra per dog
Is your pet scared of the dark? Do they get lonely at night? Have one of our sitter’s spend the night to give your pets and your home the added security. This service includes a 1-hour morning visit, a 1-hour dinner visit with an 8-hour sleeping stay.  If you would like to add a mid day visit as well, you can schedule it at our discounted rate of $15. This is an extremely popular service. We book up quickly, so make your reservations as soon as possible!

Pet Supply Pick Up | $22
Did you forget to leave enough food or litter for your sitter? Are you too busy to make it to the store before your big engagement? No worries. Our sitters will do your shopping for you.

Online Pet Memos | $2/Note
These personalized notes can be read online from anywhere in the world. Our state-of-the-art online software allows us to leave you these memo's through your secure, online account. If you can get to the Internet, you can check up on your pets daily! We’ll tell you how much fun we’re having & what we’re up to.

Field Trips | $30/Hour
Would your dog appreciate a change of scenery and some extra exercise? We now offer field trips to The Radnor Trail, Valley Forge Park, and Wilson Park. How much fun is that?! Each sitter only walks one dog at a time. We do not offer pack walks. The safety of your pet is our first priority!

There is a one-time Registration Fee of $15. This fee will be added onto your first invoice. This covers all administrative costs related to your account, as well as our sitters’ time.

After the initial registration meeting, additional client/sitter meetings may be subject to $10 per visit fee.

We service the following zip codes exclusively: 19355, 19301, 19312, 19333, 19087, 19085, 19010, 19035, 19041, 19003, 19428.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment Terms
Payment is due before service is provided. You can pay your invoice via PAYPAL or mail your check made payable to Pet Nanny to the office @ 4024 Joshua Rd., Lafayette Hill, PA, 19444. Please do not leave your payment for the sitter to pick up.

Unpaid Balances
Payment is due prior to departure. Any unpaid balance will accrue a late payment fee of $10 per week.

Cancellations
48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s and Memorial Day to Labor Day you must give 14 days notice for cancellation to receive credit for your reserved service. If not, a 25% penalty of requested service amount will be imposed.

Clients who schedule regular mid-day dog walks get 3 cancellations per month without penalty. The office and your sitter must be notified before 9AM on the day of the scheduled walk.

If a sitter arrives for a visit and the client is home or the pet isn’t there, the client will be charged for that visit.

Holidays and Weekends
Regularly scheduled walks DO NOT occur on federal holidays (listed below.) If you still require your regular visit on any of these holidays, please email me in advance so I can put you on the schedule. The $5 holiday fee will apply.

New Years Day (January 1st) -walks will NOT occur on the day prior or after the holiday
Martin Luther King Day (3rd Monday in January)
President’s Day (3rd Monday in February)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (4th of July)
Labor Day (1st Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November) -walks will not occur on the day after the holiday.
Christmas Day (December 25th) -walks will not occur on the day prior or 2 days after the holiday.
